Skip the uncertainty of germination and buy some baby plants instead! These plug plants are sprouted, rooted and ready to be grown on. You can either pot them on into 9cm pots or plant them straight out. If you’d like flowers this Spring we’d recommend growing them with some protection (e.g. in a tunnel or greenhouse), otherwise they may put on green growth this year and flower the following Spring.

Please note - all postal orders placed Thursday - Sunday will be sent out the following Monday.

What delivery method do you use?

All plants will be carefully packaged and sent out via Royal Mail Track 24, for guaranteed next day delivery. Orders on Friday and Saturday will be posted the following Monday.

Are your plants grown sustainably?

Yes, looking after our environment and growing in harmony with nature are central to our values here at The Dahlia Wood. We grow our plants and flowers without the use of chemicals, and minimise the use of single-use plastics. All our plug plants are grown in peat-free compost and wrapped in recyclable & compostable packaging.
